Booked it for our vacation and had a very very good stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel - it met requirements. Traveled with our sister, overall the property was quaint. The location was marvellous, relatively near Museum of Prehistoric Thira. The terrace had nice meals.

The breakfast had plenty of options, coffee and tea.

During my recent stay at Theoxenia Boutique, I was amazed by the breathtaking view of the caldera from the roof terrace. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast while taking in the stunning scenery. The location of the hotel was also perfect, right in the center of Thira, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Theoxenia Boutique for a wonderful Santorini experience.

The rooms are a nice size and soundproof, with comfortable beds. The view of the bay is exquisite.

Stayed here for one night, no complaints. The hotel was perfect and perfectly clean, its location was magnificent on the volcano, impeccable service. Location: the property was so close to many shops, boutiques, eateries of all budgets and basic necessities near by and the center of all the attractions in Fira and the pedestrian street.

This accommodation was in the beachfront location close to everything overlooking the volcano. It was also close enough to the pedestrian street close to the bus station and boutiques and main bus station.

This is ideal and perfectly clean hotel with modest rooms and caring stuff.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The breakfast provided at the hotel was really good, with a variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious and clean, and the description provided was accurate. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the beautiful views from the terrace.

The Wi-Fi could have been better, although it seems to be a common issue in hotels on the island. the hotel was situated in a lively area, which may not be ideal for those seeking a quiet and peaceful environment to relax.

Great value room with coffee/tea and terrace and Acropolis View, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Absolutely perfect location as only 5 minutes to Archaeological Museum of Thera. Shopping area close to the airport as well as the Fira shopping area...

Good sized and soundproof room plus with caldera view. Marvellous and the best location, right at Archaeological Museum of Thera. Walking distance to boutiques and stores across the street.

I had a private safe, climate control, and a minibar in the good value for money room. The staff was competent which made me feel welcome. The location was decent, not very far from Museum of Prehistoric Thira.

Welcoming staff is the reason I would definitely go again. Thank you very much guys for a good stay for 2 nights. It has nice restaurant and marvellous location close to bars and restaurants. Moreover, you can easily reach Folklore Museum.

This hotel is a hidden gem right at the center of Fira, making it super convenient to explore the island. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with air conditioning to keep you cool. I absolutely loved the communal terrace with its stunning Caldera view, perfect for enjoying a peaceful moment. And the breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, with unlimited tea and coffee to kickstart your day.

No areas for improvement, everything was great!
